Job summary

Crest Pointe Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Point Pleasant, NJ is seeking CNAs for full-time and per-diem opportunities. Earn $20.50–$27/hr with a $4,000 sign-on bonus and a $1 evening/night differential. Daily Pay is available to provide flexible cash flow.

CNAs provide hands-on care under licensed supervision, assist with activities of daily living, observe residents and report changes, and help maintain a safe, dignified environment for all residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team‑oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high‑quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment promoting dignity and well-being.

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
