Job summary

Darway Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Pennsylvania is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our caring, dedicated team. New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply, and you’ll be part of a facility that provides short-term rehabilitation and long-term care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

You will assist with ADLs, mobility, vital signs, and resident comfort, with daily pay options via Tapcheck.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited CNA training program.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Compassionate attitude and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and other resident information.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team.
• Assist with restorative care and daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Support and collaborate with nurses and fellow caregivers.
