***$1,000 Sign-on Bonus for Full-Time Caregivers***
***$500 Sign-on Bonus for Part-Time Caregivers***
The starting pay is $17 per hour, with higher rates possible for experienced caregivers. Additionally, a $2 per hour shift differential applies for weekend shifts.
If you do not have an active CNA certification in PA, obtaining a Direct Care Staff Certification (DCSC) is mandatory prior to hire. You can register for the DCSC training at:

As a Certified Medication Aide/Med Tech, your responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with medications, treatments, and health monitoring with compassion
- Reporting changes and updates on resident conditions
- Leading and coaching other care team members
As a CNA, your work includes:
- Providing personalized care to support residents’ daily activities
- Encouraging socialization and engagement among residents
- Creating a safe, thriving environment
You are a great fit if you have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience as a Nursing Assistant
- Current CNA certification in PA
