Responsibilities

The Certified Nursing Assistant CNA assists professional nursing staff in caring for residents/patients through routine direct and indirect activities, following established policies and procedures. Maintains resident/patient rights, privacy, and confidentiality. Promotes acceptance of treatment goals and responds promptly to resident/patient needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current Pennsylvania State Nurse Aide Certification; must be listed on the state nurse aide registry and free of allegations.
