Responsibilities of a CNA at Sagora

• Caring for residents’ personal needs, safety, and comfort
• Assisting with activities of daily living and mobility
• Supporting daily tasks like housekeeping, laundry, and transportation
• Monitoring and reporting residents' conditions
• Conducting rounds for hazards or incidents
• Assisting in dining services
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Certified as a CNA and meeting state certification requirements
• Caring, organized, and able to multitask
• Preferred: Six months of experience in a retirement community
• Effective communication skills in English
