Oelwein Healthcare Center in Iowa invites compassionate CNAs to join a friendly, patient‑focused team in a skilled nursing environment. As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health conditions, and report changes to the care team, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.

We require an unencumbered Iowa CNA certificate (or equivalent) and value prior CNA experience.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered State of Iowa CNA certificate or equivalent.
• Prior CNA experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs).
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report to the care team.
• Ensure a safe, clean and respectful environment for all residents.
• Support nursing staff with routine tasks to maintain quality care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Iowa Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, Prior Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience is preferable.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA. you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Oelwein Healthcare Center by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
