Job summary

Oelwein Healthcare Center is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caring team in Oelwein, IA. The position involves assisting residents with daily activities, observing residents for changes in condition, and ensuring a safe and respectful care environment.

Eligible applicants should hold an unencumbered Iowa CNA certificate or equivalent certification. Prior CNA experience is preferred, and extensive benefits accompany employment at this facility.

Qualifications

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Iowa Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, Prior Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience is preferable.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA. you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Oelwein Healthcare Center by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
