Westview Of Indianola Care Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for 2nd shift on a full-time basis. You will be on the front line of patient care, helping residents with daily activities and ensuring a high standard of safety and comfort.

Ideal candidates hold an Iowa CNA certificate (or equivalent) and have prior CNA experience. This role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and ongoing professional growth within the care center's supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered Iowa CNA certificate or equivalent certification.
• Prior CNA experience is preferable.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to maintain comfort and dignity.
• Monitor residents and observe changes in condition and safety.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report concerns to the clinical team.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Iowa Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, Prior Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience is preferable.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA. you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Westview Of Indianola Care Center by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
