12hrs. +Rotating Weekends
Full-Time Day. Full-Time Night.
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Aspire Senior Living Oak Grove, a skilled nursing facility in Oak Grove, Missouri. As a valued member of our care team, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will play a critical role in providing high-quality personal care services to our residents in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
• Keep residents' rooms clean and comfortable
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support and promote a positive dining experience for residents
