Responsibilities:

CNAs play a vital role in creating a warm, supportive environment that prioritizes resident well-being. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring dignity, respect, and personalized care for each resident.

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive care
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support mobility through transfers and repositioning
• Help with meals, ensuring proper nutrition and dietary needs
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical and emotional health

Requirements:

• Valid CNA certification in Indiana
