$19.02/hr - $25.45/hr

Position Details

Centers Healthcare is actively seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for our Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx, NY.

Additional Compensation: 10% shift differential for evening and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Observing Residents
• Reporting health issues to the supervising nurse
• Providing personal hygiene care, including bed baths and shaving
• Preparing meal trays and documenting food and fluid intake
• Feeding Residents and serving nutritional supplements
• Making beds and maintaining a clean and tidy Resident environment
• Transporting Residents within the Facility
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining confidentiality of all Resident and Facility data

Requirements:

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Successful completion of a CNA program
• Current NY State Certification
• Good standing with the State Registry
