Clayton Nursing and Rehab in New Mexico is currently hiring day-shift CNAs to provide direct assistance with daily living activities and deliver compassionate patient care. A $5,000 sign-on/retention bonus is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K and paid time off.

Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification is required.

Responsibilities

The Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA works alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to directly impact patients'/residents' quality of life by assisting with their activities of daily living (ADLs). You will also ensure that our patients/residents and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual patients'/residents' needs and rights.
