Job summary

Clayton Nursing and Rehab is hiring day-shift CNAs. This role offers a pay-in-lieu-of-benefits program that can increase pay by up to $4 per hour and a $5,000 sign-on/retention bonus.

You’ll work with a licensed nurse to support ADLs and deliver compassionate care, with English proficiency required for safety and wellbeing of patients and visitors in Clayton, New Mexico. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, and 24/7 virtual care.

Posted Salary Range: USD $19.00 – $24.20 per hour. Bonus: USD $5,000.00
