Job summary

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our private duty health care team. You will work with one patient per shift, providing daily living assistance, monitor comfort, and support overall well-being.

Shifts include 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am with weekends; PRN also available. Requirements include CNA state certification, valid driver's license, CPR, and ability to document patient care and observations.

Qualifications

• CNA state certification required.
• Valid driver's license and TB test within required period.
• Ability to perform ADLs and provide compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient care records and report observations.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, eating.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Engage patients to improve quality of life.
• Monitor vital signs: pulse, temperature, respiration.

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration
