Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and feeding support.
• Make routine rounds and respond promptly to resident needs.
• Reposition residents to prevent discomfort or skin breakdown.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, and personal care.
• Provide proper skin care and report observations of breakdown or pressure areas.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by leadership.
