Job summary

We are Crestwood Behavioral Health Inc., seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily care for clients in our behavioral health setting in Modesto, California. You will work under the Nursing Supervisor and support the care plan with a focus on recovery and dignity.

Full-Time PM and NOC shifts are available. A High School Diploma, California DHCS certification, and BLS certification are required. New grads are welcome to apply as part of our dedicated team.

Job Duties:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care and services that support the care delivered to the clients, per the established nursing care procedures and as directed by the Nursing Supervisor. Other duties may be assigned as needed by the Director of Nursing Services or Designee, Unit Supervisor, DSD, and Infection Control Nurse.

Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) / Special Treatment Programs (STPs) provide behavioral intervention to consumers with mental disorders in secure residential settings. Services include behavior modification, skilled nursing, prevocational and life skills training, recreation, and rehabilitation.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range:

$23 - $23 USD
