Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This full-time role offers 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends, day or night options, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus to welcome you to our caring community.

You will assist residents with daily living tasks, provide companionship, and work with the nursing team to create and follow individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Missouri.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
