Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This full-time hourly position provides direct daily nursing care to assigned patients, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and assistance with activities of daily living.

The CNA will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, delivering compassionate care in a facility affiliated with Life Care Centers of America.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State; active license in good standing.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Assist with bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.
• Deliver care in accordance with Life Care standards and regulations.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team to support patient needs.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
