Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center in Memphis, TN is seeking passionate CNAs to join our nursing team. The role offers full-time or PRN positions with a 3:00PM-11:00PM shift. You will provide basic patient care under nursing supervision, including mobility assistance and daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA certification in TN.
• Experience in long-term care or healthcare preferred.
• Compassion and resident-centered care approach.
• Strong observation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to assist residents with mobility.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct professional care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers and exercise programs.
• Measure and record vital signs, weight and other health indicators.
• Observe residents' physical and emotional condition and report concerns to supervisors.
• Support residents' nutritional needs by assisting with meals, hydration and feeding as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, including making beds and changing linens.
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges and transfers while ensuring comfort.
• Document care provided accurately in medical records and charts.
• Communicate effectively with residents, facilities and other team members.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and urgent needs.

Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking for passionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing nursing team in Memphis, TN. As a CNA you will provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.

This position is full time or PRN. Hiring for 3:00PM-11:00PM!

Pay Rates:

• $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
• $22.00 per hour --> MaxPay Program - Inquire during interview for program details.
