Job summary

Red Bank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at 100 Chapin Ave, Red Bank, NJ 07701. We offer competitive wages, sign-on bonuses, and a friendly workplace culture focused on resident happiness.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, meals, infection control, and recording vital signs. CNA certification is required by the State; High School Diploma or GED preferred; experience welcome but not required.

• Assisting residents with ADLs, and work with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided
• Assisting at meals
• Following infection control and center policies
• Measuring and recording heights and weights temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P) as instructed
• Reports all changes in residents’ condition to supervisor as soon as practical
