Red Bank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Red Bank, NJ seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate resident care and support for the care team.

Some of your Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with ADLs, and work with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided

• Assisting at meals

• Following infection control and center policies

• Measuring and recording heights and weights temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P) as instructed

• Reports all changes in residents' condition to supervisor as soon as practical

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications:

• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Certification by the State Required

• High School Diploma or GED Preferred

• Experience preferred, not required
