Job summary

Red Bank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities and care needs at our Red Bank, NJ facility. The role emphasizes teamwork, infection control, and accurate vital signs monitoring.

Pay is up to $28.60/hr, with benefits including insurance options, PTO, daily pay, holiday pay, 401k match, and direct deposit. CNA certification is required by the state and HS diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required by the state.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with ADLs, and working with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided
• Assisting at meals
• Following infection control and center policies
• Measuring and recording heights and weights, temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures as instructed; reports changes to supervisor promptly

Some of your Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with ADLs, and work with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided
• Assisting at meals
• Following infection control and center policies
• Measuring and recording heights and weights temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P) as instructedReports all changes in residents’ condition to supervisor as soon as practical

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications:
