A.G. Rhodes in Marietta, GA, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistant – Care Partner to join our Cobb community. This role supports memory care residents in a compassionate, patient-centered environment at a facility off I-75.

We offer weekends rotation and a robust benefits package including health coverage, PTO, 403b matching, and wellness programs. Training is available for newly certified CNAs who share a genuine passion for elder care.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia CNA Certification required.
• 1 year experience in LTC/skilled nursing preferred but training offered.
• Experience in Person-Directed Care and Memory Care preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Care partner qualifications include:

• Current Georgia CNA Certification
• 1 year experience in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred but willing to train newly certified C.N.A.s
• Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
• Memory Care experience preferred
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to foster team work with fellow LPN and CNA care partners
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience preferred)
• Strong organization and time management skills
