Job summary

A.G. Rhodes, a respected non-profit in Georgia, is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join our care teams across three locations. Full-time and part-time roles require every other weekend (Sat & Sun); PRN positions need at least two shifts per month.

• Current RN license in GA or Multi-state.
• 1 year experience in LTC/skilled nursing preferred but willing to train new grads
• CPR/BLS First Aid Certification
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Strong team work skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and foster teamwork with fellow RN, LPN and CNA care partners
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting with PointClickCare)
• Strong organization and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a LTC/skilled nursing setting.

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications Include

• Current RN License in good standing. Must be Georgia or Multistate RN license.
• 1 year experience in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred but willing to train new grads
• Experience working in an Person-Directed Care community preferred
• Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Strong team work skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and foster team work with fellow RN, LPN and CNA care partners
