Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Louisville, TN is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team. This full-time role supports daily resident care on a 7a-7p days shift, delivering bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility assistance under licensed supervision.

A $3,500 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time engagement. Education includes a state-approved CNA program and active license; CPR preferred or obtained on orientation. Join us to make a difference.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.).
• Deliver direct care to patients under direction.
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Communicate and function on an interdisciplinary team.
