Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Hilton Head Island, SC seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team. You will provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients and support their comfort and safety in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Daily tasks include bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance, while maintaining Life Care standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Deliver direct care activities: bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.
• Work within Life Care standards and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
