Responsibilities:

• Attend to residents' needs: bathing, feeding, dressing, ambulating
• Record vital signs and assist with mobility
• Report changes in resident conditions
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Assist nurses with duties as directed

Requirements:

• Preferred: 1+ year experience in Long Term Care
• Graduate of an accredited CNA program
• Current state CNA certification
