Job summary

Life Care Center Of Longmont is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our caring interdisciplinary team. We offer 8 hour shifts (days/evenings/nights), full time, part time and PRN, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions.

As an important member, you will deliver routine daily nursing care, assist with bathing, feeding and mobility, participate in care planning, and help uphold Life Care Centers of America's high standards in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed.
• Deliver direct care to patients in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
• Join an interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively to support patient care.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates and vendors.
