Avantara Long Grove is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time roles covering PM and NOC shifts. You will be on the front line of the Clinical Department, assisting residents with daily living activities, monitoring health changes, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• State of Illinois CNA certification or IL-accredited CNA training completion.
• Prior CNA experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and essential daily tasks.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team to ensure timely care.
• Maintain safe environment and document care provided; support ongoing education of residents and staff.

As a CNA you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Long Grove by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

• As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Illinois Accredited CNA training course.
• Prior CNA experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
