Job summary

Avantara Chicago Ridge is seeking CNAs to join a friendly, supportive team providing high-quality resident care. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, monitoring residents’ conditions, and safeguarding a safe environment to ensure comfort and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered State of Illinois CNA certificate.
• Prior CNA experience preferred, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report them promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean and respectful environment at all times.
• Deliver high-quality care with attention to detail and compassion.

As a CNA you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Chicago Ridge by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
