• Ensure residents are out of bed and engaged per care plan requirements.
• Support residents with therapeutic, neuro/dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care needs (as applicable).
• Work collaboratively under the direction of the Charge Nurse.
• Communicate respectfully with residents, families, and facility staff.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all residents.

Chase Center Rehabilitation and Nursing Services is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate care team. CNAs play an essential role in supporting residents with daily care needs, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety in our skilled nursing environment.

Pay

• $17–$24.50 per hour
• Shift Differentials:
  • +$2.50/hour (Evening & NOC)
  • +$3.00/hour (Weekends)
  • Evening/NOC on weekends = +$5.50/hour

Available Shifts

Full time Evenings or Nights - 8hr shifts
