Job summary

Rehabilitation Center of Lisbon is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join a friendly, caring team. The CNA will perform ADLs, monitor changes in condition, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents.

Starting wages are $20.00/hour, with shift differentials and weekend options to be considered. Equal opportunity employer. Prior CNA experience is preferred, and Iowa CNA certificates are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered Iowa CNA certificate or Iowa-approved CNA certificate.
• Prior CNA experience preferred.
• Frontline role in clinical department ensuring high standard of care.

Responsibilities

• Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) for residents.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report them.
• Maintain a safe environment and documentation as required.
• Contribute to resident comfort and safety through attentive care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Iowa Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, Prior Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience is preferable.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA. you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Rehabilitation Center of Lisbon by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
