Rehabilitation Center of Lisbon is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to join our caring team. You will be on the front line of the Clinical Department, ensuring residents receive medications and the highest standard of care.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, an Iowa CNA certificate, Iowa-approved Medication Aide training, and CPR certification. Prior CNA and Medication Aide experience is preferred, and the center offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Unencumbered State of Iowa CNA certificate required.
• Completion of Iowa approved Medication Aide training required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with medications and observe changes in condition.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Maintain a safe environment and provide ongoing education to residents and staff.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent, an unencumbered State of Iowa C.N.A. certificate, successful completion of State of Iowa approved Medication Aide training and C.P.R. certification. One (1) year of C.N.A. and Medication Aide experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
