The Greens at Lincolnton is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team in Lincolnton, NC. We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, PRN shifts, and opportunities for career growth in a supportive environment.

As a CNA you will assist residents with daily living activities, collaborate with nurses, and help maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable living space for our residents and their families. We value teamwork and dedicated care.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina CNA certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Long-term care experience is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while preserving dignity and independence.
• Assist nurses with treatments and clinical care as directed.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Record accurate documentation of care provided.
• Help create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team.
