Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a travel assignment in Lewiston, ID. The CNA will perform direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practitioner and assist with personal care and comfort tasks.

The role requires valid CNA certification, familiarity with medical terminology, and adherence to professional standards. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and weekly paychecks.

Qualificações

• One year of CNA experience preferred
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification required per client/state requirements
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clerical functions
• Complies with professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire/PPD or chest X-ray if applicable
• Current health certificate per contract or regulation
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs directpatient care under the direct supervision of a RN or LPN/LVN or other licensedmedical professional.

The CNA/NA performs a variety of individualized patient careactivities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for thepersonal needs and comforts of patients.

Minimum Requirements:

• One year experience as a nursing assistant preferred

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant per client/staterequirements

• Knowledge of medical terminology and knowledge of clericalfunctions

• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
