Job summary

Lawrence Rehabilitation Hospital is hiring CNAs to deliver compassionate, hands-on care in a 60-bed sub-acute and long-term facility. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions, including 3p-11p shifts and Baylor coverage on weekends. Daily Pay is available.

You will work under licensed staff, assist with ADLs, observe residents, and help maintain a safe, dignified environment. NJ CNA license and BLS/CPR required, with strong communication and compassion.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant license in NJ.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under licensed staff in a safe, compassionate manner.
• Assist with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and linens.
• Provide supportive care to meet physical, emotional, and daily needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality resident-centered care.

$20/hr - $26/hr (all inclusive)

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
