Job summary

The Meadows at Lawrence, part of Marquis Health Consulting Services, is seeking full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to work weekends from 3 PM to 7 AM with same-day pay. The compensation ranges from $20 to $26 per hour.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily activities and provide compassionate care, working alongside dedicated nursing staff. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, referral bonuses, healthcare, and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.

Responsibilities for CNAs

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well‑being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high‑quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
