River Terrace Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate team. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available with shifts from 7-3 and 3-11. We offer a supportive environment where every interaction counts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts.

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
