Job summary

Valley View Manor in Minnesota is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to join our compassionate care team. As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care in line with state and facility guidelines, support general nursing activities, and respond to the care plan.

The duties of the Certified Nursing Assistant include but are not limited to:

• Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
• Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility’s nursing policy and procedure
• Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current CNA certification through Minnesota
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
• Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
