The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides essential care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as hygiene, meals, mobility, and comfort. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, documenting care activities, and reporting observations to nursing supervisors. CNAs ensure residents' privacy and dignity while adhering to HIPAA guidelines, professional standards, and regulatory requirements. They contribute to a safe and supportive environment, participate in educational opportunities to maintain certification, and perform other duties as assigned to ensure the health, welfare, and safety of residents.
