We are hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Wilson, KS. This position offers a competitive starting pay of $18.00/hr - $19.80/hr and a comprehensive benefits package. Position Details

• Work 12-hour shifts with 3-day weekends every other week.
• Never work more than 3 days in a row; 7 days off every 14 days.
• Average of 2 hours of overtime weekly.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care, and catheter care.
• Follow resident care plans and document vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight.
• Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions, behaviors, or needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and facility policies.
• Build rapport with residents, families, visitors, and team members through friendly and professional interactions.

Qualifications

• Completed a state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Current Kansas certification/registration.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly; experience preferred but not required.
