Riverside Post Acute in Jacksonville, FL is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our dedicated team. This full-time role offers day and night shifts, daily pay, and a supportive environment focused on dignity and quality care.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, documenting changes, and collaborating with licensed staff to deliver safe, resident-centered care. Eligible candidates must hold an active CNA license and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high‑quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.

• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.

• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well‑being for all residents.

• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.

• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.

• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented healthcare environment.

• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high‑quality resident care.

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
