As a CNA with our facility, you'll perform a variety of duties that provide optimal patient care to our residents. The CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing services to assigned residents in a manner that is caring, compassionate, and customer-oriented and in accordance with laws, regulations, and facility guidelines.

Your Job:

• Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect.
• Deliver meals and perform feeding assistance to residents and provide hydration.
• Routinely make rounds and responsively provide proper resident care and service.
• Turn or adjust patients in bed to prevent bedsores or other discomfort.
• Monitor vitals and patient behavior and report them to the nursing and medical staff.
• Provide assistance to residents for showers or baths.
• Provide proper skin care and promptly report observations of skin breakdown and pressure areas.
• Possess reliable transportation and the ability to be on time to assigned shifts.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Who You Are:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Illinois.
• A professional team player with a commitment to maintaining a reliable shift history.
• Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on providing genuine hometown care.
• Enthusiastic about helping others and being part of a team who focuses on the same.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Aide Assistant CNA program.
