Job Summary

Provides patient care support including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety services as directed by the Charge Nurse. Documents appropriately, completes admission procedures, responds promptly to resident needs, and ensures proper resident handling and documentation. Performs procedures and treatments as instructed, maintains supplies, and completes ongoing education and responsibilities. Interacts effectively with team members and maintains confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, not required.
• Active CNA certification in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required or willing to obtain within six months.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and move patients and equipment.
• Manual dexterity and visual acuity.

Pay range: $16.08 - $25.24 per hour.
