What you will do in this role: In our facility, the CNA is pivotal to the satisfaction of our patients and residents. CNAs have a direct impact on patient recovery and stay. You will help patients reach their goals and work side by side with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): This role is officially titled a Certified Nursing Assistant, but it may also be called CNA or Certified Nurse Aide in other centers.

What we need from you:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in IL
• Prior experience in a hospital or short-term rehab unit within a skilled nursing facility is preferred, but new graduates are welcome
• Experience with electronic medical records (Point Click Care) is a plus
