Job summary

The Pavilion Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/C.N.A.) for 7-3 shifts (24 hours). A sign-on bonus, prorated at $2,000 is offered.

You will assist residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate care under licensed nurses, following each resident’s care plan. Responsibilities include communicating with nurses, documenting vitals, weights, and intake, and providing special care as needed.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in good standing.
• Experience assisting residents with daily living activities is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with nurses and other staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (eating, bathing, dressing, mobility).
• Provide care to residents who are dependent and require special attention.
• Communicate with nurses and keep them informed about residents’ status.
• Document resident information (weights, vital signs, intake, ADL flow sheets).

We are looking for compassionate individuals who can provide care to residents as directed by the licensed nurses and as outlined in the plan of care.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA/C.N.A.:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as eating, bathing, dressing and bed mobility.
• Provide assistance to residents who are dependent and need your special care.
• Communicates with nurses and keep them informed about the residents.
• Document information about the residents in areas such as weights, vital signs, food and fluid intake, ADL flow sheets.

Center staff members must follow the Department of Public Health COVID-19 vaccination guidance.
