The Blossoms at the Village Rehab & Nursing Center in Hot Springs Village is seeking a CNA to join the care team. You will help residents with daily activities, monitor health indicators, and communicate changes to supervising staff.

Full-time employees receive medical, dental and vision insurance, paid vacation/holidays/birthday, and an employee referral program. PRN pool offers additional pay options without benefits.

Formación

• Active Arkansas CNA certification is required.
• 18 years or older required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, meals and mobility.
• Take vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
• Turn and reposition residents and respond to call lights.
• Document the care provided in charts.

$15–$17 per hour based on experience · plus $1.50 per hour on evenings and nights (up to $18.50)
PRN pool: $19 per hour flat, no benefits or shift differential
All shifts open: days, evenings and nights · Weekend and Baylor options available
