Job summary

Continuum Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Lake Forest Senior Living at Hot Springs Village team for 7 PM to 7 AM shifts.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor wellbeing, and report changes to the care team, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
