Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, resident-centered care, including assistance with daily activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Participate in care planning meetings and collaborate with the clinical team
• Observe residents and report changes promptly
• Document care accurately in electronic records
• Assist with meal preparation, serving, and cleanup, respecting resident preferences
• Help with laundry and maintain a clean environment
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure safety and engagement
• Attend meetings and contribute to discussions
• Report accidents, follow safety protocols, and maintain a hazard-free environment
• Participate in educational programs and maintain certifications

Qualifications

• Maintain a valid CNA certification as required by Massachusetts
• Training in safe food handling, CPR, First Aid, and Dementia Care
