Job summary

Hudsonview Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is seeking a CNA to provide daily resident care with compassion in a team-focused environment. You will assist with bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility, while responding to call lights and maintaining safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Current NJ Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and assistance to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Monitor resident health and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Assist with transporting residents to activities or appointments.
• Document care provided following facility protocols.
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to provide resident-centered care.

Requirements
